I went to the store looking for Dry Rub Smoked Pork for my first recipe but when I ended up not being able to get it I decided to create my families favorite. Not that they love the sandwiches, but they do love the my Copy Cat KFC Coleslaw. As I said up there this is part two in a two part series. Yeah, I went a little crazy and added the Pulled Beef Brisket to the homemade fries. Topped it all with a little mozzarella, threw it under the broiler, and the rest is history. That should have been my post right there. LOL. Nah, let's throw a bun on a plate add a little, ok a lot of FarmRich Smokehouse Pulled Beef Brisket add the Copy Cat KFC Coleslaw and sit right on down and enjoy yourself. I'll add the Coleslaw recipe at the bottom of the post but let me tell you I've done away with the milk and buttermilk and replaced it with a secret ingredient.
As I mentioned above I ended with the Pulled Beef Brisket, but they have several to choose from. You could easily come up with a quick recipe and have a hot meal on the table in 30 minutes tops.
- Pulled Beef Brisket in a Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce
- Pulled Pork BBQ
- Double Rubbed Dry Smoked Pork
- Double Rubbed Dry Smoked Chicken

FarmRich #Smokehouse Pulled Beef and Copy Cat KFC Coleslaw
Copy Cat KFC Coleslaw
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip (Must use Miracle Whip to replace the milk and buttermilk)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup of onions
- 1 bag of coleslaw
- Mix first 7 ingredients in order of listing in a bowl.
- Add Coleslaw and stir.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least two hours but over night is best.
