Just 4 ingredients and a few minutes of work give me small perfectly portioned treats that are ready to satisfy my cravings so I don't fall off the wagon. 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2-1 tsp. stevia
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
You will also need small dixie cups and popsicle sticks
Combine almond milk, peaches, stevia, and vanilla extract in blender and mix until well combined and smooth. (Sometimes I use this unsweetened coconut almond milk blend)
Pour into small cups, insert wooden sticks.
Freeze for several hours, until solid.
Remove from freezer, push out of cup or tear it away.
